Studio SDR is the trading name of Sasha Dudley Ryder Ltd, company no. 16326611. We are responsible for the personal information you provide when enquiring about our Interior Design and sourcing services.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, message and any details you choose to share about your location, project, budget, timeframe or the pieces you are seeking. We also keep correspondence relating to your enquiry.

The form marks required fields. Other information is optional. Without sufficient contact details and information about your enquiry, we may be unable to respond.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond, understand what you need and discuss a possible project or sourcing commission. We do not use these enquiry details to add you to newsletters or marketing lists.

Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we process the relevant information for that purpose. For other enquiries and correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact our studio and managing those conversations.

Service providers

Our website and enquiry form use Netlify. Our business email uses Microsoft 365, managed through GoDaddy. These services process information needed to host the website, receive enquiries and manage correspondence.

These providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their data-processing terms provide for applicable safeguards, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or contractual safeguards for UK transfers. You can contact us for further information or copies of the applicable safeguards. Provider information is available in Netlify’s data-processing agreement and GoDaddy’s data-processing addendum.

Website hosting and spam protection may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website for this purpose.

How long we keep enquiries

For enquiries that do not become a project, we delete the enquiry and related correspondence after 24 months. If an enquiry becomes a project, we will explain the arrangements for retaining project and client records separately.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access your personal information, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or receive it in a portable format. Contact us using the email address above to make a request.

Your right to object

You can object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Website technology

The current website has no advertising or visitor analytics scripts and no embedded social media feeds. Fonts and images are served with the website. We will update this notice if the website’s use of personal information changes.
